Happy New Year!
These are instructions to create a focus tool for 2020: a candle collage!
Supplies:
Glass pillar candle. You can often find these at Dollar Stores or Catholic shops. Sometimes grocery stores.
Art supplies: acrylic paint, tracing paper, tissue paper, permanent markers, magazine cut out pictures and words. I think you get the idea. Just don't put paper above the rim, or you'll have a fire hazard.
You’re going to use these to decorate a candle using the following questions.
Guiding Questions:
What are you looking forward to in 2020?
What is something new you want to try in 2020?
This time next year, what do you want to have accomplished? What impact do you want to make?
What do you need to learn?
What do you need to let go of?
Who do you need to partner with?
Who is your 2020 posse, the people you can count on?
What ancestor(s) (familial or faith or social locative) will you call upon?
What is your spiritual replenish plan? What will you do when your spiritual well is dry? How will you keep yourself spiritually nourished?
What do you want to ask of the Universe/the God of your understanding?
