Many of my clients have asked for a recording of this particular meditation, and so I offer it to you in both video and audio. This mediation takes your breathing out of your chest and into the your column. On the inhale your breathing goes up and eventually out your crown, pulling divine energy down into your body. On the exhale your breathing goes down out your root, into the earth energy, conjuring the ancestors and their blessings and pulling that sustaining goodness up into your body.
