Guided meditations can be soothing and relaxing. They can also provide insights of intentions and shifts you may want to make in your life. This mediation was inspired by work of Martha Beck and Barbara Sher.
I come back to this mediation annually. I get out a big piece of paper, markers and crayons. Sometimes I doodle throughout the mediation. Sometimes I sit in relaxed repose and let it wash over me.
I love doing this meditation with my wife. We later talk about what came up and how this might inspire changes to our life.
